Fantastic stay in a gorgeous hotel

The staff were friendly & efficient. The location was great. The hotel had bikes for hire. I loved the gym & spa. The room was quiet & very comfortable. The shower was great.

Ok hotel but I would not come back…

Ok hotel standar rooms. Good position

The room service was not avalible without any advise. The bar also closed and not even possible to get a coffe after dinner. No boiler or coffe in the room. The cleaning lady enter no matter if you put the sign on the door. The room has a lot of lights cause the courtains are old and too short. A bit noisy , windows are not great and you can hear the car

Good for short business stay

Location is very close to Science park but 30 mnts on foot from old town. Rooms are spacious and clean but minimalistic equipped. Beds and showers are good.

Airco did not work. Room was too warm. Even with airco off it makes a noise.

Best location for first time.

The Lady called Maria Jose, welcomed us very warmly and friendly everyday. Location is perfect and you can reach downtown, shopping cener, beach and sightseeing very easy.

SPA: Without any swimming pool, too small, price not included. Breakfast: there was not variety at the breakfast but according to the price (12€) was OK.

Nice hotel, beautiful amenities.

The room was spacious and served its purpose. The pool and bar facilities were nice. The breakfast was amazing.

The WiFi signal was awful. Had to work in the lobby. Turn down didn’t provide water. There was no coffee maker although they provided coffee with breakfast.

A super comfy, clean place with good facilities & staff and an excellent location!

Only the parking area could use some improvement; I had to get a new ticket from the reception every time before leaving the parking area.

Great location and very comfortable.

The room was so spacious and light, the bed was massive and very comfortable. The whole hotel was clean and tidy and staff were very helpful. We found the hotel to be in a great location with lots of great restaurant/cafe options close by which were lots cheaper than in the old town. There's a shopping centre and el corte ingles over the road which were handy too. Transport links were good too although we opted to walk as much as we could, walking to the beach was doable, the old town required public transport or taxi in my opinion but trips were just a short distance so not very expensive to get there. Very handy for the science museum etc.

The pool area lacked sunbeds and seating for the number of people wanting to use it. There was plenty of space for more to be put out. The astro turf around the pool was an odd choice, it becomes saturated in water meaning you couldn't place your belongings there without them getting soaked. Some of the fixtures and fittings in the room were a little damaged/not up to the standard of 4 star hotel but not enough to stop us from returning!

Wonderful

Great location near the science city and aqua menorca mall. Beach, old city and mestalla are 15 minuets away by bus. The pool is wonderful though a bit small. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Very slow wifi. Sometimes it didn't work at all. No coffee in the room.

Good but some extras are expensive

Big room and big bathroom. Very new and clean (apart from the bidet which they might have forgotten to clean as there were water smudges, and there was a hair near the sink). The location is great if you want to do a mix of beach and city and it's right by the city of arts and sciences. It's got a swimming pool, albeit a bit small and crowded during summer, and they provide towels for it. You can also rent bikes, although a bit overpriced (13 euros/day) considering I've seen many places that rent them for about 5 euros/day. The possibility of a late check out (although I got three different pieces of information first) so that you can enjoy the day at the beach and then take a shower before going to the airport if you have a late flight.

There is a bidet but no bidet towels or soap. The soaps are hung by the wall near the sink and the shower (nowhere near the bidet), so not within reach (they are dispenser). We ran out of shower gel even if in the morning we had asked for the room to be made and it was our first full day in the hotel. We had to call the reception as one of us was waiting to take a shower before dinner. It took almost 30 minutes to get the shower gel (and two calls), which is not ideal considering we were trying to go out and that the room had been serviced in the morning. I appreciate it's a big hotel but waiting to take a shower after a day on the beach is not great. There was one member of the staff which wasn't particularly polite but I'd put it down to the individual rather than the whole staff. Breakfast wasn't included in my deal and I found it to be quite expensive if you then sum it up to the price of the room. I didn't go so I cannot comment on the quality of food.

Very Good

After a terrible first night as I was facing the main street, Calle Menorca and it was just too noisy (no double glazed windows), the hotel staff changed me to another room. This was a complete change as I could sleep peacefully.

The outdoor swimming pool seemed bigger on the picture then it was in reality. But I was not there, or in Valencia, for taking a bath in the swimming pool. Due to the high temperature, the swimming pool was crowded.
